RAM
RAM is an isometric hack’n’slash game. The game was developed in Unity by ~60 students in the span of five weeks.
The game lets the player take on the role of the adorable little ram Rammy, as he goes on a murderous rampage through the world to save his parents from the evil wolves, eagles, and bears that kidnapped them.
In this project, I had the responsibility of managing the project, ensuring everyone had tasks to work on throughout the project, and making it all fit within the packed schedule.
After that, in a follow-up project, I acted as QA Lead in an effort to polish the game further post-release. I set up a bug-tracking solution within Notion, and tested the game on various builds.
The last few photos below show a snippet of the Gantt chart we used, and the bug-tracking solution within Notion.
